Terms of Service

CleanBox is an AI-powered inbox triage tool. The service is currently in beta and may change, break, or be unavailable. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CleanBox.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI classification endpoints.
• Use CleanBox to process content you don't have rights to.
• Attempt to break authentication, RLS, or other security controls.
• Send unlawful, harmful, or harassing content through the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

CleanBox is free during beta. Paid plans will be introduced later; we'll notify you and require your explicit opt-in before charging anything. No automatic upgrades.

CleanBox uses large language models to categorise email. Output may be wrong. Always double-check important messages — we are not liable for actions you take (or don't take) based on AI categorisation.

You retain ownership of your email content and any data you submit. You grant CleanBox a limited licence to process that data only to provide the service. CleanBox owns the software, branding, and UI.

CleanBox is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

You can stop using CleanBox at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Your continued use of CleanBox after a change means you accept the new Terms.
